Hello.

All you need for your first lesson is a willingness to learn something new andtry your best. Black belts aren't created over night, the journey can take a while and it is at your pace - afterall you don't sprint a marathon!

For you first few lessons to help aid your movement, wearing tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt are probably best. If you would like to continue studying karate you can purchase a karate uniform called a gi through us.

Before your first grading, you will need a license and to continue training, you will need to pay for insurance which is paid annually.
