Training classes take place every Monday evening at HRC Broxbourne from 6pm to 7pm and are suitable for anyone aged 6 upwards.

 

The class is taken by Sensei Rob Cook who has been DBS checked and a licensed instructor in the KSTSK Association under the governing body NAKMAS.
